Custom Infinity Dresses with Pockets – Delivery & Important Information

• Delivery: Please allow 3–4 weeks for your custom Infinity dress with pockets to arrive at your doorstep. This timeframe begins from the date of payment and includes the delivery of your gowns.
• Try-Ons Welcome: You’re welcome to try on our Infinity dresses at Bay Bridal and Ball Gowns, 265 High Street, Motueka, Nelson.
• Colour Disclaimer: Colours may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting, monitor and device settings. We highly recommend purchasing fabric samples here before purchasing your dresses to ensure you're happy with your chosen colour.
• Bridal Party Orders: If you're ordering dresses for a bridal party, we recommend placing your order at the same time. This helps ensure all dresses are made using fabric from the same colour batch, providing the best possible colour consistency across your gowns.

Buy to Try at Home

Shopping for the perfect dress online can feel overwhelming — so we made it easier. With Buy to Try, you can order up to 3 dresses, try them on at home, and only keep the one you love.

We cover the return cost by enclosing a prepaid returns bag with your order. When we recieve the returned gown/s we will refund you for the cost of the gown/s less a small $10 restocking fee per returned dress. If you choose to pay by Credit Card or AfterPay we will also need to deduct the procesing fee, however paying by bank transfer, prefered by us, means no deduction of a processing fees.

We want you to love your gown. If it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns for exchange (preferred) or store credit.

• Australian customers: Return postage at your cost

Need a different size, colour, or style? Exchanges are the quickest way to get the perfect fit.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only available under our Buy to Try policy or if an item is faulty and cannot be replaced.
