If you are ordering for a wedding, formal, or special event, we strongly recommend ordering early to allow time for delivery, fittings, and any exchanges if needed.
While we offer fast shipping across New Zealand and Australia, we cannot guarantee courier delays, so allowing extra time ensures a stress-free experience leading up to your event.
Delivery Timeframes
New Zealand
- Standard delivery: 1–2 business days
- Rural delivery: allow an additional 1–2 business days
- Pre-order items: 8–12 working days (as stated on product page)
- Made-to-order Infinity gowns: 3–4 weeks
Australia
- Standard delivery: 7–15 business days
- Made-to-order Infinity gowns: 4–5 weeks
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
New Zealand
- FREE shipping on all orders
- Applies to both rural and non-rural addresses
Australia
- Flat rate shipping: $20 NZD
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes (customer responsibility)
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- Processing excludes Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays
