Delivery Timeframes
New Zealand Shipping
- Standard Non-Rural Delivery: Overnight courier (1–2 business days)
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days
- Pre-Order Items: 8–12 working days (estimated timeframe listed on each product page)
- Custom Made-to-Order Infinity Gowns: 3–4 weeks from payment to delivery
Australia Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
- Custom Made-to-Order Infinity Gowns: 4–5 weeks from payment to delivery
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
New Zealand
- FREE Shipping on all orders
- Applies to both rural and non-rural addresses
- Most non-rural deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days (up to 4 days in some cases)
Australia
- Flat Rate Shipping: $20 NZD
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- Processing excludes Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking link to monitor your delivery
Pre-Order Items:
If your item is on pre-order (8–12 working days), your shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent after approximately 5–8 working days.
All orders are dispatched from our Bay Bridal store in Motueka, New Zealand.
