We have a physical store in Motueka, just 30 minutes away from Nelson in
the South Island.
Any NZ stocked items will be overnight couriered with courier post.
As long as you are not rural your gown should arrive within 2 working
days. To be sure that the gown you order is located in NZ please check
that it says 'Express NZ wide' at the end of the title.
We are located at 265 High Street in Motueka, across the road from The Warehouse. We are in the arcade just opposite the iconic Motueka Crystal Shop.
We are open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, no appointment necessary; and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm via appointment only. There is a $30 fee for your exclusive booking on a Saturday which will be deducted from any gown purchase made. Book here.

We accept returns for store credit only.Â
If your event is time-sensitive, we can send up to three gowns and offer you a refund for two of the
returned gowns *. There is a $10 fee per gown for this service, so your refund would be in full, less $10 for each returned dress.Â
You would also need to cover the return postage. We cannot offer this service if you wish to use Afterpay or Lay-by, sorry.

We've actually had to raise our prices due to the increase of
shipping costs from our suppliers. Still, we can order in bulk and pass those savings on to you.
We courier our New Zealand stocked gowns via Courier Post. They usually arrive to our customers within one to four business days.
Gowns that are ordered in for customers take on average of eight to twelve business days to arrive after payment is received.
Please plan accordingly.
