Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gown. If it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns for exchange (preferred) or store credit.

• New Zealand customers: One free return per order with a prepaid returns bag included
• Australian customers: Return postage at your cost

Exchanges (Fastest Option)

Need a different size, colour, or style? Exchanges are the quickest way to get the perfect fit.

• $10 restocking fee per item
• One free NZ return per order (prepaid bag)
• Additional exchanges: return postage at customer’s expense

1. Submit your request via the returns portal
2. Select your new style, size, or colour
3. Return using prepaid bag (NZ) or your courier (AU)
4. We process your exchange quickly

Store Credit

• Valid for 2 years
• Issued once received and approved
• Includes one free NZ return per order

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only available under our Buy to Try policy or if an item is faulty and cannot be replaced.

Faulty Items

• Replacement or exchange at no cost
• If unavailable, choose store credit or a refund
