Custom Add-Ons – Personalise Your Infinity Dress

Make your Infinity dress even more suited to your personal style with our optional custom add-ons. Slits, pockets and matching bandeaus are available as additional options when ordering your gown.

• Add a Slit – Enhance movement and comfort while adding an elegant, feminine touch. A slit allows you to walk and dance more freely while creating a flattering, elongated silhouette.
• Add Pockets – Enjoy the convenience of keeping small essentials, such as your phone or lipstick, close at hand without needing a handbag.
• Add a Matching Bandeau – A colour-matched bandeau (also known as a boob tube) worn under your gown provides extra coverage and support, and opens up even more beautiful styling options.

Slit, pocket and bandeau add-ons are optional extras. Please select your preferred options when placing your order, where available.

Size & Custom Length Information

• Small: Suitable for children and petite women, up to NZ size 6.
• Regular: Fits NZ sizes 8–18.
• Plus: Fits NZ sizes 20–30.
• Standard Length: 115cm from waist to hem.
• Custom Length: Available at no extra cost. Please choose your waist-to-hem measurement in the Length option.

For the best fit, please ensure your measurements are accurate when placing your order.

Flower Girl Custom Sizes

Our Small size suits most flower girls. If your little one needs a more tailored fit, custom sizes are available. Please provide the following measurements in the order notes section:

• Chest measurement
• Waist measurement
• Waist-to-hem measurement (length)

Colour-Matched Accessories

Complete your bridal party's look with our beautiful, colour-matched accessories. Handmade baby, toddler, boys' and men's neckties or bow ties are available for $35 each, including a matching pocket square.

These accessories are a wonderful way to coordinate your bridal party and create a beautifully cohesive look.

Delivery & Important Information

Delivery: Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of payment for your gowns to arrive at your doorstep. This timeframe includes the production and delivery of your custom Infinity dresses.

Try-Ons Welcome: You're welcome to try on our Infinity dresses at Bay Bridal and Ball Gowns, 265 High Street, Motueka, Nelson.

Colour Disclaimer: Colours may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting, monitor and device settings. We highly recommend purchasing fabric samples here before purchasing your dresses to ensure you're happy with your chosen colour.

Bridal Party Orders: If you're ordering dresses for a bridal party, we recommend placing your order at the same time. This helps ensure all dresses are made using fabric from the same colour batch, providing the best possible colour consistency across your gowns.

Buy to Try at Home

Shopping for the perfect dress online can feel overwhelming — so we made it easier. With Buy to Try, you can order up to 3 dresses, try them on at home, and only keep the one you love.

We cover the return cost by enclosing a prepaid returns bag with your order. When we recieve the returned gown/s we will refund you for the cost of the gown/s less a small $10 restocking fee per returned dress. If you choose to pay by Credit Card or AfterPay we will also need to deduct the procesing fee, however paying by bank transfer, prefered by us, means no deduction of a processing fees.

We want you to love your gown. If it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns for exchange (preferred) or store credit.

• New Zealand customers: One free return per order with a prepaid returns bag included
• Australian customers: Return postage at your cost

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only available under our Buy to Try policy or if an item is faulty and cannot be replaced.
