Bay Bridal and Ball Gowns is now offering 'Buy to Try'.
Sometimes time is of the essence, and you may find your event approaching quicker than you expected. It isn't always easy buying online, so this is our offer to you:
You may order 2 to 3 gowns. (please note that this offer excludes infinity gowns, our Premium Bridal Range and Clearance gowns)
Return any number of the gowns but please note that you will receive a store credit for the lowest priced gown and then a refund less $10 per dress, plus any associated fees from purchases made via credit card, Afterpay or Lay by, (bank transfer does not incur any fees) for the others. Unfortunately, these fees are not refunded to our business when we apply a refund.
There is no time limit on the store credit.
Return the gowns within 5 working days of receiving your package with tags still attached. You will also need to cover the return postage fee.
When using this service, please put in the notes section of your order 'Buy to Try'

Please note: We have a strict policy regarding items that are returned with the smell of body odours, smoke or strong perfumes. These may be declined at our discretion. You may contact us to allow extra time before retuning the gown if you feel it needs to be dry-cleaned, so that it is ready for resale.
