Unlike many infinity options available nowadays, the fabric in our premium infinity range is thick and has plenty of gathering, so the gowns look beautiful on all shapes and sizes. This means no cling and no transparency, even outdoors.

This is our Infinity Multiway dress in Gold Yellow. So many ways to wear with wrap around convertible straps, with a flexible waistline and a full skirt that flatters all shapes and sizes. Such a classic and timeless gown with endless possibilities. Attend special events, bridal parties and maternity shoots in this stunning elegant infinity gown.

The regular size will fit NZ size 6 to 18

The plus-size will fit NZ size 20 to 30

The standard length of the gown from waist to hem is 115cm. Custom length available at no extra cost. Just send us your waist to hem measurement in the notes section.

Flower Girl Custom - We will need, chest, waist and waist to hem (length) measurements to make your little princess a perfect sized gown.

Due to the offer of customisation, these gowns will arrive to you 3–4 weeks after the date of payment.

Colours may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor or device settings, so we highly recommend purchasing fabric samples here, prior to purchasing your dresses.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost - flat rate $10 (non-rural), $15 (Rural). Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you return an item using track and trace, as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing.

FAULTY ITEM

On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty, we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridal and Ball Gowns after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item. If we can’t replace or exchange a faulty item, then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date or a refund.

IMPORTANT

Request your return within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Send the items/s you are returning within 5 working days of the returns' approval.

We are sorry, but there are no exceptions if you are away when the parcel arrives.

All returns must be packaged carefully and returned to us with tags still attached to the gown and ready for resale.

We have a strict policy regarding items that are returned with the smell of body odours, smoke or strong perfumes. These may be declined at our discretion. Please get in touch for an extended return time if you feel the garment needs dry cleaning before returning.

Please package the garment carefully in a suitable sized bag.

LAY-BY

We accept Lay-by via PayPal. If you would like to cancel your Lay-by for any reason, there will be a deduction of 5% of the total spend from any payments made so far, Plus any PayPal fees incurred.
